Hi, just a heads up. From my testing It seems combining Reforma with Coast 2 Coast causes some blank signs in Reforma. I noticed it in Zacatecas and Fresnillo. I have reported it to Reforma team a while ago but they didn't fix this yet, it's been a thing since I can remember unfortunately, for many versions of both the game and mods. Here's example:
