Crash in 1.3

Hi! I am currently experiencing a bug where the game crashes at the exact same spots every time. There are at least 2 spots in Turkmenistan and 1 in Uzbekistan- 20 km after the Tukmenistan-Uzbekistan. I don't know if there are more because I simply cannot progress any further. The spots are marked on the attached file. I've changed to 1.2.1 but to no avail. How can I fix it?

I checked your game.log but can't find the crash?
According to your game.log you shutdown the game
