is fix for toll booths in RTA korea out yet?

hi there.
I'm experiencing a repeated crash at the toll booth south of Sinuiju north Korea the game won't acknowledge the crash and puts me right in front of the toll booth where the game crashed before. so, I only have to drive forward in inch before it crashes again. did GMC logistics release the fix yet? btw I saw the announcement saying that there was an issue in Korea with the toll booths and border gates...which is why I'm asking about GMC's fix. I'm using Promod's Europe with middle east and great steppe add On's and RTA 1.7
