Those who are attempting to buy our maps via our Premium Download Link, there seems to be issues with PayPal processing right now. I've tested it a few times and it seems to give errors. I've disabled the premium download link for now, but if it somehow works, please do not utilize it until I make an announcement that it is okay.
In the future too since we are on this topic, if for some reason you make a purchase and the download gets interrupted or does not appear due to a pop up blocker/times out etc and you were charged, or if you aren't sure if you were charged or not, PLEASE instead of filing a PayPal dispute, send us an admin-support ticket. We can quickly resolve it without dealing with the PayPal resolution center which will take longer and cause duplicates. We are also reviewing errors logs in our website to see why there was a slight increase in misdownloads these past two weeks.
TLDR; do not use premium downloads for now. if you have an issue with premium downloads in the future, use admin-support ticket. Thank you!
