What does it stand for and what is it really?

TSM was a add on map that added parts to the base map, like Promods.
Only the quality was not every where that good
The last update was for ETS2 1.34

Actually it wasn't crappy at the time it was at it's peak, I've played ETS2 since it came out and have seen a fair share of mod maps. At the time it started to be a thing there was no way you played ETS without it, I vividly remember driving trough the desert in Africa. TSM was yesteryear what Promods is today
