I was just driving in Bukhara again, a little after midnight so it was properly dark. Was seeing around 20fps, so I guess my earlier visit was with more light (although it wasn't middle of the day for sure)- thedrippingone

I just checked here for the FPS in Bukhara, and with a 3070-Ti, 400% scaling, 2560x1440, and every graphic option set to max, I was seeing around 40fps as the lowest. So I decided to try it on my other computer, basically the same spec hardware except a GTX 1070 (the "minimum" recommended spec)...- thedrippingone

I checked in the game, and indeed it's in one direction only. It's not a big deal, you can do Nampo-Dalian and then Dalian-Jakarta :)- thedrippingone

Ahhh ok, I never had any success with EAA in combos earlier (before RTA even) so I dropped it out some time ago. I don't think you need to anymore :D That just leaves the Nampo-Jakarta connection that's seemingly not bi-directional any more. 1.2.1 had files for both directions, 1.3 only has...- thedrippingone

Ok, that sounds like another conflicting mod installed (or a deeper bug, but I doubt it) I checked my related ferries/trains and I have the following visible and should be usable, ALL provided by the standard RTA 1.3 (free download version): Railway: Wuqia Town/Dalian (internal to RTA) (*)...- thedrippingone

By removing AZGE-RTA Ferry Connection from the load order, you will get the Dalian connections back, and still not lose Baku-Turkmenbashi.
