Having Trouble starting New Game in Pyongyang, Possible Incorrect Load Order?

Hello, I have started a new account and selected Pyongyang to be my "Home City". However, during the tutorial job, the game kept crashing shortly after the roundabout at the fake Arc de Triomphe. Here is my mod load order:

If there is anything wrong with my load order, or if I need to pick a different starting location, please let me know. Also, please don't judge me for picking Pyongyang. I was just very curious about the "North Korea" part of the Beyond expansion. Thank you for your time.

Update: I did try lowering the graphics settings from "High" to "Medium", but the game still crashed in the same spot.

Update: I just tried starting again without Promods (Just Rusmap and Terramods), but it still crashed. I will try one more time with just Terramaps. I have no idea what is causing the game to crash here, and I really need help figuring this out.

Update: It did not work, even with just Terramaps. And if it did work, how would I be able to connect back to Europe without Promods and Rusmap? Is there something wrong with my computer? Please help me.

Update: I just realized that I don't meet the minimum requirements to run the Beyond Mod, so I will uninstall it. I am sorry for wasting your time, whoever is reading this thread.
