Game crash in some cities

Why does the game crash when I arrive in some cities like Tripoli or Islamabad? On the way, I pass through other cities and the game doesn't crash. I don't understand, any help? Thanks.

I have the same problem. The game crashes when I leave not only Tripoli or Istanbul, but any other city.
