[WIP]Caribbean Map 1.2 Development Update - Cuba
Summer vacation as you all know is really behind us and for those who miss the summer here are some quick development updates.
The Caribbean hasn't gotten much love recently. but Tedesco did detail some farm areas and the A1 highway in Cuba going east which looks awesome
Right now, we have some (new) developers mapping full time on the Caribbean Map We definitely forecast a Caribbean 1.2 by the end of the year for sure, but hopefully sooner. As you know, putting release dates on maps just makes maps be released longer and cause disappointment, so I emphasize the word predict!
Modeling and researchers are in full speed as well. Part of what makes our maps special is the time spent on asset and model development, so please give us your famed patience while we work on detailing our maps beyond the community standard, remember, that's why thanks to you all TerraMaps is the fastest growing mapping organization in existence so thanks for your continued patience!
Version 1.2 is still being updated with the addition of DigitalX as new ATS developer recruits that have been working hard on our team. Check dev-updates-carib on our discord or the forum, we have exciting and big updates coming for 1.2!

[WIP]Caribbean Map 1.2 Halloween Update - All of Jamaica
Happy Halloween Truckers,
Welcome to the Biggest Update ever seen in Caribbean Map! A lot of interesting new areas will be featured in this upcoming update, including all of Jamaica. Jamaica is an island country situated in the Caribbean Sea. It is the third-largest island of the Greater Antilles and the Caribbean (after Cuba and Hispaniola). Though a small nation, Jamaican culture has a strong global presence. The musical genres reggae, ska, mento, rocksteady, dub, and, more recently, dancehall and ragga all originated in the island's vibrant, popular urban recording industry
And because of Halloween we want to give you a small insight of what is to come, all thanks to Tedesco.

[WIP]Caribbean Map 1.2 Development Update - Florida is ready
Good day truckers,
We have run some tests for the Caribbean Map 1.2 the past week and we can tell you that the next version of the Caribbean Map will nog longer be C2C dependent. Also Florida went through the Alpha test Testing for Florida and is ready. The (new) Floria will work with C2C and will contain Miami to Key West Rebuilt.

Caribbean Map 1.2’s development is at full speed while RTA 1.2 is being finalized. Here are some updates on countries that are being featured in the next Caribmap version:

TerraMaps Developer Pilot finalized the rework of C2C’s Miami and Florida Keys, with improved views and roads. Now, Florida is part of the Caribbean Map content.
Then TerraMaps Developers Astroboy and Tedesco have been expanding Jamaica even more in this update. The entire nation, from Kingston to Montego Bay and back, will be available in 1.2.

[WIP]Caribbean Map 1.2 - Beta testing and Last Development Update
Caribbean Map 1.2 is officially in BETA testing now and being enjoyed by the Patreons and Server Boosters right now. If you are interested in participating in this open beta test, check out patreon-info, link your Discord if you sign up, and you'll have instant access to the RTA Beta. (note, this is a BETA so bugs are expected and things may not work right, and distribution of the BETA is monitored and strictly prohibited). Expect a public release as soon as the BETA testing bugs are found and fixed and completed. This is not a sales pitch for Patreonship, only join if you truly support our product. Caribbean Map 1.2. will be first released for 1.42. An update for 1.43 will follow later.

Also we had to drop Cuba and the Dominican Republic because it is not ready to be released yet. So expect Cuba and the Dominican Republic in version 1.3.
So Caribbean Map 1.2 will come out soon which will bring you Puerto Rico, Jamaica, Venezuela, and Florida rebuilt for version 1.2. But as you know, putting release dates on maps just makes maps be released longer and cause disappointment.

Hello, Olaf! I really like your Puerto Rico work in the Caribbean map 1.2! However, can I know what background map mod do you use? I've tried the ones which are uploaded at the Roex forum, but the game crashes when I open the map in-game. I tried the combo map fix mod with the Roex background but it doesn't work. I've also used the background map mod at steam workshop.

CARIBBEAN MAP Patch Release for 1.44 - Ver. 1.2.2 Released by TerraMaps
Fellow TerraTruckers, we patched Caribbean Map with version 1.2.2 to work properly in 1.44!
All ATS DLC maps from SCS required
This version is also non C2C dependent, however, it is recommended you use C2C and if so you can download the C2C connector and place it above Def/Map with C2C below Caribbean in the load order.
You can also use Deidra's Los Angeles Cruise Terminal mod to connect to SCS Vanilla areas via Los Angeles to Havana and from Havana you can go to Key West or Nassau.

Hey @OlafJ, Thanks for the this great map expansion you created it's a beautiful, small yet a cozy one but i came across a bug (i think) in Bahamas, High rock district "GALLON" company. There's an invisible wall in there and it makes the parking sequence fairly difficult. I attached a screenshot and it's location. But this can totally be an issue on my end too.
