Caribbean Map Version 1.3.2 is now available for the version 1.45 of American Truck Simulator!

If you wanted to haul goods between the beautiful islands of the Caribbean, then this map is for you! The Caribbean Map for ATS will feature new countries to explore in ATS including Florida, The Bahamas, Cuba, Puerto Rico, Jamaica Venezuela and more! This area for sure deserves representation in our vibrant ATS community! This will be an addon to the game (not a standalone). Here is the initial map project plan:

Senior TerraMaps Developer @Hajda took the lead on bringing to life the beautiful islands of the Cayman Islands as well as the US Virgin Islands! With the amazing help from Developer Recruit @NKZ converting and designing Left Hand Drive (LHD) prefabs and Technical Manager @Deidra fixing some serious bugs associated with forcing LHD to work in ATS, we were able to all bring you this amazing new (originally unplanned) update of Caribbean Map!

Please enjoy the new content the TerraMaps Team worked very hard and tirelessly on in Caribbean Map! We look forward to seeing your screenshots, YouTube videos, streams, and enjoyment on your journey through the Cayman Islands and the US Virgin Islands!

Important Changes

All ATS DLC maps from SCS required
This version is also non C2C dependent, however, it is recommended you use C2C and if so you can download the C2C connector and place it above Def/Map with C2C below Caribbean in the load order.
You can also use Deidra's Los Angeles Cruise Terminal mod to connect to SCS Vanilla areas via Los Angeles to Havana and from Havana you can go to Key West or Nassau.

Reminder and VERY IMPORTANT if using ProMods Canada, you need to start loading Caribbean Map ABOVE ProMods Canada files in the mod manager, otherwise semaphores/traffic lights will break and go missing in either map. Also remember if using C2C, place the C2C Connector ABOVE Caribbean Def/Map and Coast 2 Coast should be on the very bottom of your mod manager. If you are not using C2C, do not put the C2C Connector in your load order!

Fellow TerraTruckers,

Caribbean Map 1.3.1 Patch Version is now available for the version 1.45 for American Truck Simulator!

Compatibility added for Version 1.45 for ATS along with the Los Angeles Ferry (same file from Pacific Map). No conflicts or issues detected or found. C2C connector is required for use with C2C. If not using C2C, do not add C2C Connector into you mod manager. Florida license plates updated, bugs from 1.3 fixed including no more random CTD's in Christiansted.

Support Note: Official support for ATS 1.44 is no longer provided as all TerraMaps ATS Products are now compatible with 1.45 and there are important bug fixes in those patch versions. For 1.44 questions, please utilize community-support. For bugs in current version, you can utilize terramaps-support.

[REL]Two fixes for Caribbean Map 1.3.1 by GMC's Jerry Master Fixer

Fellow TerraTruckers,

Some users have reported issues with the Caribbean Map
- the first is the missing traffic lights at intersections on the Virgin Islands.
- the second is a crash in the game at an intersection that has to do with the connector with Coast to Coast.

Thankfully, our friends at GMC have provided a temporary patch fix for both issues. We are happy with the cooperation with GMC and this show what mutal understanding and common goal can do.
GMC will also work with us in the future and provide us with help when dealing with issues with other maps and combos, so we can concentrate on what we do best and that is making our great maps for you and the community.

MOD Caribben must be placed above MOD Coast2Coast. It already works for me in all new combo in 1.47.

I found this texture issue, probably its because the map isnt updated for 1.47, but I certainly wanted to point out that you would know to fix it when you find a time to update.

1 question too, do I need to put a carribean map above promods (in load order) now when i use Caribbean Map - Promods Fix (Im not using C2C)?

At the moment we don't know. We have not stopped using the ATS maps from TerraMaps.
